Un verre de vin = a glass of wine.
Un sandwich au jambon = a ham sandwich.
Un sandwich au fromage = a cheese sandwich.
Un paquet de cigarettes = a packet of cigarettes.
Je voudrais un verre de vin = I would like a glass of wine.
Rouge ou blanc? = Red or white?
Rouge s’il vous plait = Red please.
